We are so excited to continue our partnership with Junior Achievement, an organization that seeks to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. This year our K-3 graders will participate in classroom programs using engaging activities and materials to educate students on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.
We need your help in order to make this happen! We are in need of volunteers to help instruct the program on October 20 (one day ONLY) for four (4) hours. All JA classroom programs are volunteer-taught as volunteers bring personal and professional experience to the content, which helps connect what students are learning in school and how it can be applied to the real world. As a volunteer, you will be trained by Junior Achievement on how to proceed with the instructions given to the students.
To learn more information, please reference the links below. If you are willing to be a volunteer, please sign up HERE. Please also register for the mandatory training; our target training date is October 10 at 9:00 am - 10:30 am in uptown Charlotte.
Please direct any questions or comments to Patrice Robinson, Entrepreneurship Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your help in this matter. It will be greatly appreciated.
