Dress Code Policy



In seeking to create an environment and atmosphere that is safe, scholarly and conducive to learning, A.C.E. Academy requires students to adhere to a dress code. This policy will be enforced in a manner that upholds customary attire for males and females. The dress code policy is as follows:

$2 for school appropriate shirt and pant of their choice or $1 for jeans and uniform top

As we continue to focus on the mission statement of our school, our dress code policy will emphasize our entrepreneurial spirit. Students should dress business professional once a month to promote the culture of business and professionalism.


On the first Monday of each month, starting in Sept. students are encouraged to wear a white or blue collared button down shirt with slacks or skirt/dress for Professional Monday (a blazer is optional) In addition to Professional Monday, we will also have Dress Down Friday. Dress Down Friday will take place the first Friday of the month. Students will be able to wear jeans and school uniform or school spirit shirt the first Friday of the month for a fee of $1. Students that choose not to pay a $1 may wear their uniform on Dress Down Fridays's. Funds raised from Dress Down Friday go toward A.C.E. Academy activities.

Prohibited Apparel

Hoodies except with an A.C.E. logo, tight fitting or baggy oversized clothing items, altered uniform items, stylish belts (electronic, light-up, name plates, etc.), sweat suits, jogging attire, fleece, loungewear or sleepwear, team jerseys, non A.C.E. Academy t-shirts, halter-tops, tank/spaghetti straps, strapless or sheer see-through blouses, and/or any headgear (including but not limited to hats, scarves, do-rags, skullcaps or other head covering. As prescribed in the A.C.E. Academy Dress Code Policy, if a student has selected a manner of appearance that is beyond mere freedom of expression and disrupts the educational process or presents risk to themselves or others, they may be removed from the educational setting. Students who are representing A.C.E. Academy at an official function or public event may be required to follow specific dress requirements. Usually, this applies to athletic teams, cheerleaders, bands, and other such groups.


Violation of the A.C.E. Academy Dress Code Policy will result in the following sanctions:

  • 1st Offense: Parents will be contacted and notified that their child is not in compliance with the school’s dress code policy.
  • 2nd Offense: Parents/Students will be able to purchase new dress code appropriate clothing for a cost of $5 per item or bring student change of cloths. (Items include shirts, sweatshirts and or belts. Student will be required to change before returning to class.
  • 3rd Offense: Your child will be suspended for the day and parent will be required to pick student up from school or issued one (1) week of lunch detention.
A.C.E. Academy has a gently used uniforms available for no fee to all students.


School Store

We offer a large selection of custom clothing (including uniform items), accessories, school supplies, and more for children and adults. Our online school store is available 24/7 at www.lknprints.com/ace and other items are available in our main office during normal office hours.

To help the school return lost items to students, please clearly label lunch boxes and every item of clothing (especially coats, jackets, sweaters, backpacks, etc.) with your child’s name on the tag. All items lost or misplaced by students will be placed in the A.C.E. Academy’s Lost and Found area. Lost and Found items will be donated on the 15th and 30th of every month. The school assumes no responsibility for lost items.
