Thank you for your interest in A.C.E. Academy Club activities. Please review the following information and complete one form for each child interested. In order to participate in an A.C.E. Academy Club activities, all students’ academic performance must be on grade level and exhibit model behavior. All students must attend 60% of all club meetings. Homeroom teachers will ensure student’s academic performance is on grade level and will approve/disapprove all registration forms. We will not provide bus transportation after club meetings. Parents are responsible for picking up students after club meetings. Students and teachers will be dismissed to club activities after dismissal.

Additional Information

Enrollment for each club is based on first come first serve. All registration forms must be completed and submitted to the main office a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the club. No student may participate without a complete registration form.
